Day 1 : Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Tamgroute – Zagora
Departure at 9:00, in 4×4 to Zagora through the Tizi -N- Tifntit (1760m) and on to Agdz, with panoramic views of the Draa Valley. Then we proceed along the valley to Afraa, stopping at Tamgroute to explore the Koranic library, the underground kasbah, and the pottery factory. Finally, we continue our drive to the desert. Overnight in Zagora.
Day 2 : Zagora – Sacred Oasis – Erg Chegaga dunes, Ghazala Camp
Departure from Zagora to Ghazala Camp around 9:30. Before entering the dunes road to Erg Chegaga, we will pass through Mhamid El Ghizlan village.You will be greeted with a mint tea upon arrival, followed by an optional camel ride.
At night, we will enjoy the music show at the campfire surrounded by the vast dunes of Chegaga.
Day 3 : Ghazala Camp – Erg Chegaga – Iriqui Lake – Taznakht – Ouarzazate.
On the last day, we depart from Ghazala Camp and return to Ouarzazate. We will stop if you want to visit the nomadic house museum in Oulad Driss, the pottery, and the Koranic library in Tamegrout. The track leads back to Ouarzazate. Lunch at noon on the road and arrival in Ouarzazate.
